Should you need to cancel or reschedule, your payment will be fully refunded up to 48 hours prior to departure. There are no refunds after the 48-hour cancellation period unless we need to cancel due to unsafe weather.

Sea kayaking can be a very enjoyable activity in the rain, providing that you are suitably dressed. That means warm layers underneath rubberized rain gear (tops and bottoms). In addition, you will be snugly cocooned inside your kayak, further protected by your spray skirt and life vest. Showery weather is common to Alaskan coastal environs and usually means that there will be less wind.

Our policy is not to cancel for rain, however, should there be driving rain and wind we will likely cancel.
